Apartment Therapy Cure 8 / Mai 07
It's gently coming together. We have worked a maximum the last weekend, the pic is as of sunday night. Now, every evening , we continue, yesterday the vitroceram has been fitted in, and with that, all the "big" and most delicate things have been done. Now it's just finitions, putting silicone where needed, fixing the footboards. Normally, by tomorrow evening , at latest at friday noon, everything should be finished.
The person who is installing the kitchen for me and myself are both quite fed up, i'm exhausted and have only one wish, that is to put all my stuff in the cabinets, clean my apartment, which is a huge mess, and then spend some quiet time, on my couch with my cats which i'll bring home on friday.
After three weeks, while living all the time in the apartment, i look forward to prepare warm meals, though i have several neighbours who have invited me for dinner or left me their keys when they left over a weekend so i could cook something in their kitchens. I'm really lucky to have such wonderful and comprehensive neighbours.
Once this is finished, i'll post about more of my experiences that i've made during this project, which is actually the first real one after my interior design certificate.
And i'll post, of course, more pics of my new and beautiful kitchen!
